PPG Paints Pigmented Oil-Based Sealer promotes adhesion of topcoats for many interior and exterior surfaces. It is designed to work best with oil based topcoats, however Pigmented Sealer also works well with water based topcoats (but will need additional curing time). Suitable for use on plaster surfaces, brickwork, masonry and timber.
